- Orders placed today will be shipped within 2 days. If you have not yet received a notification, please allow 24 hours from today before contacting us.
- Curb side orders placed today are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for a confirmation email stating your order is ready prior to showing up to our store.
- *If we have yet to contact you and you have placed your order BEFORE the above date, it is likely because one or more of your items has been backordered. We will be in touch as soon as possible with options for you. Thank you for your patience.
- If you received a tracking number, please allow 24 business day hours for it to update on the Canada Post website. We have noticed a delay on the Canada post side for updating this.

Stock questions - Do you have this in stock?
Our website reflects the inventory quantities we have on hand. If you try to purchase more than we have in stock, you will receive an error message and will not be able to continue. If an item is out of stock, it will say so online. Due to the high volume of phone calls, we will not be accepting calls or emails asking about stock quantities.
- If a product is out of stock online, please sign up to be notified when it arrives by clicking the “Notify Me” button near the top of the product page.
- Due to COVID 19, there have been substantial delays within our supply chain with the combination of factory and distribution shutdowns. Wallack’s will seek alternatives wherever we possible but there is no guarantee at this time and we are unable to provide you with any answers.
- Use the "Notify Me When My Size/Colour is Available" feature to receive an email when the item returns to stock. The button is usually located above the main product description.
COVID UPDATE: We are currently not keeping backorders.
While it is our general policy to notify and work with you to find substitute items, we are temporarily changing how we handle backorders. Due to the complexities, COVID has brought on businesses, as well as many of our suppliers and factories not currently open; we cannot keep promises for when these products will return.
While our website does reflect the inventory we have on hand, from time to time, there are errors. We will be working hard over the next week or so to reduce that margin of error.
Again, this is not our usual policy, and we will go back to our standard service once our suppliers reopen. Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
We recommend that you sign up to be notified of when the product returns to stock. You can do this by visiting the product page and clicking the “Notify Me When My Size/Colour is Available” button located below the product price.
- Our shipping times have increased since COVID-19. Please remember this is the time it takes for us to prepare your order before the courier picks it up. The courier shipping time will depend on your location. It could take one or more days locally and more than five days if you are across the country.
- When will my product be delivered to me? Once the product has been shipped from our location, it is difficult for us to give you a timeline of when it will be delivered. Read the notice from Canada Post HERE. Use your tracking information through the Canada Post website to locate your package.
- Wallack’s offers free shipping on orders that meet a minimum dollar amount before taxes and after discounts. Click here to see our shipping rates. Please see our full shipping rates here.
- We have increased our standard free shipping minimum to start on orders of $49 or more. This is to encourage customers to make fewer smaller orders and to reduce packaging and shipping costs.
- We are now offering curbside pickup. Please select this option at checkout next to the Shipping Option.
- Please wait until you receive an email from us indicating your order is ready. We will not be able to bump your order if you arrive before it is ready.
- We are currently not accepting orders over the phone. Please visit our website to place your order.
Shipping Options and Carriers
- We are currently shipping via Canada Post anywhere they go.
- A tracking number will be sent to you via email at the time of your order being shipped out. Please save this number.
- There will be a separate charge for oversized products. After you place your order, we will contact you with the amount for shipping and you will have the choice to accept or cancel. We cannot quote you prior to your order being placed.
- We try our best to get in contact with you however, sometimes there are technical issues. Please check your spam, junk, and promotions tabs for emails from Wallack’s. Add us to your contacts list so that your junk folder sees us as your friend to avoid further wrong filing.
- Please check our current shipping times before contacting us about your order status.

Wrong product or missing item
- Sorry, this may have happened for whatever reason. Please contact us via email with the order number and someone will solve this issue very quickly.
- Yes, we are still accepting deliveries to Wallack's from suppliers and vendors. Please contact us when you are near by.
