- How do I sign up for the Orange Circle online? Go to Wallack’s online and click on the Orange Circle icon on the bottom right of the page. From there, click on create store account and fill out the requirements (name, last name, email, password). You will receive an email confirming your account set up and any sign-up bonuses that are currently being offered.
- How do I sign up for the Orange Circle in-store? If you have not already signed up for the Orange Circle online, you can give your email address at the checkout in-store to have your purchase associated with your account. Then, follow the steps to sign up online with the same email you provided.
- What if I forgot my password? If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link. You will be prompted to enter the email address for your Orange Circle account, and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
- How much does it cost to join? Our rewards program is completely free! We do it as a thank you to our loyal customers.
- How do I spend studio points? You can spend your points online or in-store. Spend online by logging into your customer account on the Wallack’s website. Under the 'Rewards' section, you can click 'Redeem' next to the reward that you want to claim.
- Is there a limit to how many studio points I can get? There is no limit. Collect as many studio points as you please.
- Are studio points only earned online? No, points can be earned both online and in-store.
- How can I make a return without a receipt? If you are an Emerging or Established member of our rewards program, you can return products without receipt. Remember, the product being returned must have your Orange Circle account attached to the sale of that product.
