Our downtown gallery’s lofty ceilings, bright white walls, and large windows flood the space with natural light, creating an airy loft-style venue that blends Ottawa’s historic charm with modern flair. Your guests will leave glowing, inspired by an evening that feels both timeless and fresh.

Booking Details
- Deposit: 50% due upon booking (non-refundable within 30 days of event)
- Damage Deposit: $500 refundable after inspection
- Minimum Rental: 4 hours
- Latest End Time: 1:00 AM (noise regulations apply)
- Catering: Bring your own or recommended vendors only (must be licensed)
- Alcohol: Allowed with proof of Special Occasion Permit

Terms of Service:
Booking & Payment
- Wallack’s provides a written quote, including date, hours, rental fee, and any add-ons (AV, staffing, etc.).
Use of Space
- Permitted Activities: Social gatherings, receptions, corporate meetings, fundraisers, panel discussions, etc.
- Prohibited Uses: Any unlawful activity, weapons, fireworks, open flames (candles without approved holders), or excessive noise.
- The space can't be used to show or sell art of any kind.
- NO live painting or art installations, no external art hung or displayed, no public ticketed events, no smoke machines, glitter, or confetti.
Setup & Breakdown
- Renter’s access begins at the agreed start time. All clean-up and removal of decor must be completed by the agreed end time.
Capacity
- See above. Exceeding capacity voids liability coverage and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Alcohol & Catering
- Alcohol: Permitted with a licensed caterer or bartender. Renter assumes full liability for service and must abide by Ontario liquor laws.
- Food: External caterers are allowed; copies of caterer’s insurance and food-safe certificates required 7 days before the event.
Privacy & Photography
- Wallack’s may use photographs or video of public events for marketing purposes unless the renter provides written notice to opt out at least 14 days before the event.
