Place an order over the minimum amount in the table below and we ship to you free of charge. Just proceed to checkout and our website will calculate it all? If there are any surcharges for any reason such as over sized or over weight, we will contact you and work out the details.

Fee-Free Delivery Terms and Conditions

  1. Only applies to items purchased from wallacks.com
  2. Applies to Canada Only
  3. Excludes PO Boxes or APO FPO addresses
  4. Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply such as oversized, fragile, heated, etc
  5. Offer good for regular shipping only
  6. If you return any items from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings will be deducted
  7. Making changes to your order after initially processing may affect your eligibility for free shipping. Contact our customer service department.

Shipping Deadline

To insure prompt delivery, your order must be placed before 3:00PM the day before shipping.

When we Ship

We ship out orders Monday through Friday using priority post. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST Friday will be shipped out the following week. All other orders usually ship within one business day.

Term of Fulfillment

For products ordered online or when delivery is requested, title to the products passes onto you at the time of delivery by our shipping center to the carrier..

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Forwarding Places

Any customer looking to have product shipped to a P.O Box or Forwarding Place must contact the Customer Service Department for approval.

Order Verification

All orders are subject to our order verification policy (see details on FAQ page), failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerable delay in the processing and shipping of your order.

International Orders

Customers seeking international shipments must contact the customer service department prior to ordering.

International Tax

International orders subject to customs or brokerage fees are to be paid by the customer.

Out of Stock and Back Orders

If an item is purchased that is not in stock, our customer service department will contact you with the option to wait, substitute item or cancel. If you agree for the option to wait, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. Wallack’s will pay the subsequent shipping fees after the original shipment within Canada only.

Special Order and Custom Products

Items that are either special order or custom built are not regularly stocked by Wallack’s and must be ordered from our suppliers just for you. This may take an extensive amount of delivery time. Please contact our customer service department for delivery estimate. All special order and custom products are final sale and non-refundable.

Canceled Order

It will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges when returning orders that have already been shipped.
