Shipping Information


Here at Wallack's we ship orders all across Canada with Free Shipping on orders starting at $49.00 (before tax). Please check out the chart below to see what your Provinces minimum order value is for Free Shipping.

Are you in the Ottawa area? In-store pick up is always free and fast! Place your order online and select In-Store pick up at check out. Orders for pick up are normally ready within 24 hours.

Do you need your order in the Same Day? For a flat rate of $14.99 we offer Same Day Shipping every day that we are open! (excluding holidays) Place your order by 1:00 PM and select Same Day Delivery at checkout. Cart total must be $29.99 before tax for this option to be available to you.

Please note that Same Day Delivery is only available to customers within a 30 km radius of our Bank Street location. To learn more about Same Day Shipping see the Same Day Shipping section below.

Not in Canada? No problem! We can ship almost anywhere. Please note that Free Shipping does not apply to International Orders and shipping fees range depending on size, weight, and location. Please see the International Shipping section below for more information.

Fee-Free Delivery with Standard Shipping

Place an order over the minimum amount in the table below and we ship to you free of charge. Just proceed to checkout and choose Free Shipping. Terms and conditions apply.

Please note that for items considered Oversized or Overweight you will be required to pay an extra fee. Our shipping team will contact you with any fees associated to this.

Please note that orders are shipped out Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Usually orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the order being placed with the exception of orders placed on weekends or holidays.

*Please note that orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST for the shipping time frame to apply. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be considered as placed on the following day.

*Orders placed on Friday's after 11:00 AM EST will be shipped out the following Monday (with the exception of holidays).


How do we ship your order?

Please note that we do not personally deliver your product. Orders are shipped using the shipping address that you provide exactly how you provide it. If you have made an error with your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible. 

Standard/Free Shipping

All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You may track your order via Canada Posts website.

Same Day Shipping 

Orders placed using Same Day Shipping are shipped via a local courier service. 

Oversized Delivery

Oversized shipments will vary between several shipping companies depending on shipping needs for the order. You will be notified of the shipping company by our shipping team once you place your order.

 Term of Fulfillment

Wallack's does not hold responsibility for products that are being shipped after they leave our facility. Once an order is passed on to the carrier you must contact the carrier for any questions or concerns regarding your delivery.

It is your responsibility to provide a safe space for your delivery. If you wish to have your delivery carded or safe dropped by Canada Post you will have to request this through Canada Posts tracking system.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Forwarding Places

Any customer looking to have product shipped to a P.O Box or Forwarding Place must contact the Customer Service Department for approval.

Same Day Shipping

Available every day we are open, excludes holidays.

Place your order online by 1:00 PM and receive it the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship the next day. Delivery times vary with no guarantee of arrival time. Same Day Delivery is a $14.99 flat rate and is available to addresses within a 30km radius of our store.

Backorders and missing items: If any of your items are back-ordered, we will cancel and refund you for that item immediately. A staff member will first try to contact you via phone, then by email, giving you options for substitute products or the option to cancel the rest of your order. There are no rain checks, and we are not able to hold backorders for the Same Day Deliveries.

International Orders

If you are ordering from outside of Canada your order is considered an International Order and will be subject to international shipping fees.

Once you place your order online a member of our customer service team will reach out to you via email to discuss international shipping fees. Please be sure to check your junk mail for emails from our shipping team as they are sent there from time to time.

If you do not respond to our shipping team within 7 business days your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

International Tax

International orders subject to customs or brokerage fees are to be paid by the customer.

Order Verification

All orders are subject to our order verification policy, failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerable delay in the processing and shipping of your order. Wallack's holds the rights to withhold orders that we deem to be suspicious or fraudulent activity.


Out of Stock and Back Orders

If an item is purchased that is not in stock, our customer service department will contact you with the option to wait, substitute item or cancel. If you agree for the option to wait, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. Wallack’s will pay the subsequent shipping fees after the original shipment within Canada only.


Special Order and Custom Products

Items that are either special order or custom built such as but not limited to custom frames, custom stretched canvas, and bulk orders are not regularly stocked by Wallack’s and must be ordered from our suppliers just for you. This may take an extensive amount of delivery time. Please contact our customer service department for delivery estimate. All special order and custom products are final sale and non-refundable. Special order and custom products may not qualify for free shipping.

Canceled Order

It will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges when returning orders that have already been shipped.
