Move Update and Inventory Status
Dear valued customers,
As you know, and in case you didn't, read about it here, we are in the process of moving to a new location at 305 Bank Street this month after many initial delays. With this significant change underway, we want to ensure you are informed about an important update regarding our inventory.
While we prepare for our move, please note that both our store and framing department are operational at our current location, 231 Bank Street, until we make the final transition later this month. We are also diligently fulfilling online orders during this time.
However, due to our pending move, a significant portion of our inventory is currently either out of stock or unavailable. This includes items both online and in-store. We assure you that this is only temporary. We anticipate being near fully stocked within the first few weeks of opening our new location as inventory has already begun to arrive there.
Speaking of which, we are excited to announce that we will be having a soft opening early April, followed by a grand opening, date to be determined. We can't wait to welcome you into our new space and show you all the exciting things we have in store for you!
In preparation for our move, please note that we will be fully closed for seven to ten days towards the end of this month. During this time, we will be working diligently to set up our new location and ensure everything is ready for our reopening.
We understand that these changes may cause some inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience and support during this transition period. To stay updated on our progress and be the first to know about our grand opening date and special events, we encourage you to sign up for our email newsletter or follow us on social media.
Thank you for being a part of the Wallack's community. We can't wait to share our new space with you and continue providing you with the best art supplies and services.
