No, each program is tailored to a specific customer type. We tag your account based on your primary relationship with Wallack’s.
Do I still earn Orange Circle Rewards?
No, members of our Wholesale & Trade programs do not earn Orange Circle Rewards. Your benefits come through the program itself.
Do I get a discount on framing?
Yes! If you’re part of the Artist Wholesale program, you receive 20% off both supplies and custom framing.
Do designers get supply discounts?
No, designers receive discounts only on framing. To receive supply discounts, you would need to qualify for the Artist Wholesale program.
Can I combine my 20% discount with a sale discount?
Discounts are not stackable. You will receive the better discount, but not both. If you have a special request, contact management for approval.
I’m a designer but don’t have a business ID—can I still join?
We may require a portfolio or examples of client work. If you're unsure, reach out to Andrea or Michael for verification.
How do I process a designer commission sale?
Our gallery or framing staff will enter your designer name in FrameReady when processing the transaction.
