Product requests must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks before the product may be needed.
Submitting a product request does not guarentee that products can be ordered in. After a request is sent, the Wallack's Purchasing Department will contact you with confirmation if the product can be ordered. Due to the volume of requests that we recieve, if you do not hear from the department within 10 days, unfortunately it means that we were unable to source your request.
