Tonight, two of Ottawa’s very best speed painters will be competing against artists from across the country for the title of 2017 Art Battle National Champion and a cash prize in downtown Toronto. CRAFTFEST 2017

Over the next two weekends, from June 11th to the 25th, CRAFTFEST will be taking place on Albert Island at the historic Zibi buildings between Ottawa and Quebec. The site will become an inspiring pop up shop and market series curating local handmade brands to celebrate Canada’s 150th. You can expect to browse an indoor Popup Shop showcasing more than 100 Canadian-made brands in every imaginable shopping category, and an outdoor Weekend Market showcasing another 100 local Canadian makers in fashion, jewelry, woodworking, gifts, and food and drink.
